Every wedding is special, but this one was extra special. If you've read some of the other blog posts, you know Stephanie is a long time friend, and I photographed the moment Matt proposed. Steph's parents passed away when she was younger, but her Uncle Ken was willing and able to walk her down the aisle. Due to his physical abilities, Steph and Matt decided to perform a micro wedding ceremony at Ken's senior living facility, Holland Farms Senior Living. The best part? They held their micro wedding on Steph's parents' wedding anniversary. *cue the happy tears*
After their short ceremony, they signed their marriage license, and we snuck away for some portraits outside. Afterwards, Matt & Steph popped the champagne and enjoyed cakes from Nothing Bundt Cakes. It was the sweetest day and still a favorite to look back on!
