I connected with Ashley through the horse world and my equine photography business, Hannah Rose Photography (if you have horses, check out my equine based website here). We started her session in Madison county at the Winterset City Park. The park has a lot of spots within one area, which is great for sessions. I posed Ashley at the maze, the covered bridge, and the stone bridge before heading up to Clark Tower. Ashley was really hoping for wildflowers, but at the time of her session, I didn't know of any farms blooming yet. We got super lucky and as we were leaving the park, we drove by the most beautiful little section of blooming yellow flowers. We finished Ashley's session at Blue Meadows Farm in Van Meter, where she posed with two of the horses she has shown the last few years.
